Level 1: The Beach Club Designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, this floor serves as the perfect transition from the surf. It features 3 plush King bedrooms, a custom bunk room (4 Fulls), and 3 full bathrooms. The "Hangout Zone" offers a secondary living area, kitchenette, and a high-stakes game room with a professional full-size pool table and full-size air hockey.
Level 2: The Grand Social The architectural heart of the villa. An expansive open-concept living area features wall-to-wall views and merges with a massive Chef’s Kitchen equipped with professional-grade appliances. This level hosts 3 additional King bedrooms, the second custom bunk room (4 Fulls), and 3 full bathrooms.
Level 3: The Gamer’s Loft The ultimate penthouse-style retreat. This floor includes 2 Fulls, 1 Queen, and 1 Twin bed, a private bathroom, and a dedicated "Fun Zone" with arcade classics and a PS5 setup—all wrapped in vibrant, high-end decor.
