A fantastic home base for outdoor enthusiasts, this beautifully designed home is located mere minutes from a wide array of Texas Hill Country attractions and year-round outdoor activities. Cruise under 5 miles and swim or launch a boat on Canyon Lake, or spend an unforgettable day tubing on the Guadalupe River. Check out live music in Gruene and sip local wine or craft brews at restaurant hot spots. There are also many nearby scenic trails, state parks, and antique shops to explore! Delight in a secluded-feeling locale on a half-acre property with a pocket valley and dry creek. Take in the scenic views from your deck, furnished with a gas grill and a collection of chairs. The light and bright interior features an open layout with a modern barn house style throughout. A center island anchors the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Gather for special meals at the dining table set for six, then kick back and relax in the living room and stream favorite shows on the smart TV. Highlights include a primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a desk workspace in the bunk room (ideal for remote work or online school), and a washer/dryer. Boat ramps #1 and #2 are open for free, public use. Boat ramps #14, #17, #18 and #19 are also open but do charge a fee for entry. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
