Ideal for entertaining, the open-concept living room features a wood-burning fireplace and comfy furnishings. You'll feel right at home in the primary suite, which boasts a private balcony overlooking the water. Lakeridge Townhomes is conveniently located close to Canyon Beach and the marina. Wander the picturesque Madrone Trail, then return home to watch the sunset on the deck. When you're seeking a tasty meal out on the town, a selection of restaurants are within walking distance of your door. Please note that the building's roof and exterior siding will be under construction beginning June 1, 2021. LIVING AREA A wood-burning fireplace sits center stage in the open living room. This light-filled space is appointed with handsome leather furniture and a flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING Fix delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, stocked with helpful gadgets and cookware. Ample counter space adds ease to meal prep. When your recipes are ready, serve home-cooked meals at a dining table for four. BED & BATH This two-story townhouse sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. Make yourself at home in the tranquil primary suite, featuring a queen bed and a TV. French doors lead to a private balcony overlooking Canyon Lake. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with a tub/shower combination. Sleep soundly in the guest bedroom, detailed with a full bed and hotel-quality linens. The third bedroom has a pair of comfy twin-size beds. A double vanity and tub/shower combination round out the guest bathroom. A half bath provides added convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The sun-soaked deck has plenty of seating for relaxing with a book or enjoying an alfresco meal. The expansive lawn provides additional space to enjoy the fresh air. LOCATION Lakeridge Townhomes is 1 mile from Canyon Beach and 1.8 miles from Canyon Lake Marina. Explore the natural beauty of Canyon Park via the Madrone Trail (1.3 miles). After a day of outdoor adventure, find a selection of restaurants located within walking distance of home. THINGS TO KNOW: Due to recent increases in water levels some boat ramps have been opened on Canyon Lake. Boat ramps #1 and #2 are open for free, public use. Boat ramps #14, #17, #18 and #19 are also open but do charge a fee for entry. For the most up to date water levels and ramp openings please visit the mycanyonlake website. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
