THE SPACE
This hilltop home is designed to be your private oasis, offering a unique blend of comfort and spectacular scenery. The private pool serves as the centerpiece of your outdoor experience, providing a refreshing escape with views that are second to none. Please note that the pool is not heated, and there is no hot tub or Jacuzzi, but the natural beauty surrounding it more than makes up for it.
Inside, you'll find a welcoming space that complements the expansive outdoor setting. While the fireplace is not available for guest use, the home is well-equipped for a relaxing stay. GETTING AROUND
The location of this hilltop sanctuary is perfect for exploring the best of the region. Canyon Lake is just seven miles away, offering boat and jet ski rentals, as well as beach swimming areas. For golf enthusiasts, Lakeside Golf Club and The Club at Rebecca Creek are within easy reach. The Guadalupe River, a destination for tubing and flyfishing, is only eight miles away, providing year-round outdoor fun.
Explore the charm of nearby small towns with their antique shopping and diverse dining options, ranging from quick taco and barbecue shacks to upscale restaurants. A visit to Gruene is a must, where you can dine at the famous Gristmill Restaurant and dance at Gruene Hall, Texas' oldest dance hall. Throughout the year, you can also enjoy local festivals like Wurstfest in New Braunfels, making this the perfect base for your Hill Country explorations.

Pool Maintenance: Please note that the pool is serviced on Mondays and Thursdays.
Policies: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property. The fireplace is not available for guest use.
Boat Ramp Update: Due to recent increases in water levels, some boat ramps have been opened on Canyon Lake. Boat ramps #1 and #2 are open for free, public use. Boat ramps #14, #17, #18, and #19 are also open but do charge a fee for entry.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
