Who is feeling a little Nauti? This Bluewater Neighborhood, front row beauty is ready for you and your family or that special someone! Two large balconies w/ views of the Gulf. A 4B/3B with an open concept, great for all. (New construction development south facing and westside of the home, 2022) Highlights of the home: • Sleeps 14 in beds, 2 on couch (for additional fee, $25 per person, per night) • Less than 300 ft from the beach w/ direct access & fenced-in • Enclosed outdoor shower • Games-cornhole, horseshoes • SMART TV's and WIFI, ROKU with APPS in living area, master and upstairs double bedrooms. • Charcoal Grill- Please bring charcoal and a lighter! • Washer/Dryer • Blow dryers • Iron/ironing board • Stainless steel appliances, French door refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, AIRFRYER • Fully equipped kitchen for max guests – cookware, cooking utensils, cookie sheets, baking dishes, knives, cutting boards, silverware, dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, toaster, wine, margarita, daiquiri glasses, waffle maker, blender. griddle, Kitchen Aid mixer, coffee pot (regular drip - please bring your own coffee and filters) • Non-breakable dinnerware for children NON SMOKING
