The minimum age to rent a vacation property through Bolivar Vacations is 25 years. The person placing the reservation must be the credit/debit card holder and is considered the primary Guest responsible for the reservation and all members of their party.
All guests must adhere to the property rules outlined in the Rental Agreement, including but not limited to: posted occupancy limits, no smoking indoors, no unregistered guests, no parties or events, and quiet enjoyment of the property. Violations may result in eviction without refund and additional charges.
Pets are only allowed at designated pet-friendly properties, subject to applicable pet fees and the pet policy in your Rental Agreement. Bringing a pet to a non-pet-friendly property is a serious violation and may result in immediate eviction and a $500 violation fee.
Bolivar Vacations and property owners strive to maintain all properties in good condition but make no guarantees regarding suitability for specific purposes. Guests use the properties at their own risk. Certain properties may include amenities such as pools, hot tubs, elevators, cargo lifts, or slides that carry inherent risks. Applicable liability waivers for these amenities are included in the Rental Agreement and must be acknowledged prior to use.
By making a reservation with Bolivar Vacations, you consent to receive transactional communications from us related to your booking, including but not limited to: reservation confirmations, check-in and check-out instructions, property access details, and stay-related updates. These communications may be sent via email, SMS text message, or phone call. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS communications. You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us directly.

Bolivar Vacations reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Galveston County, Texas.
