There is plenty of space for entertaining and relaxing, with 4 bedrooms that sleep 14, 3 bathrooms and an enormous front deck with ample seating!  Whether guests are looking to soak up the sun, enjoy the ocean breeze on the deck, or unwind in the cozy living room, Seaside Sunrise offers something for everyone.  

 

Pet friendly Seaside Sunrise has access to the community pool, has a private residential elevator (must sign a waiver), private EV charger, arcade for the kids, smart TVs and Starlink WiFi, as well as a full size washer/dryer!  The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a beverage refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, Keurig and regular coffee pot (utilizes cone filters), toaster, blender, Crockpot, griddle, and more.

Downstairs we have a fully enclosed outdoor sand shower, charcoal grill, and entertaining bar with a TV.
