Now you will be able to relax, settle in and start your vacation even quicker (and not be out of breath). 
Cargo lift is for cargo only. Not for use as an elevator for people. 

High Speed EV Charging Station!
No worries about finding a place to charge your electric vehicle. There is a new high speed charging station conveniently located under the house. 

Serenity is a featured home in The Breakers neighborhood developed by Bolivar Vacations on the quiet end of Bolivar’s Crystal Beach. Best beach access anywhere with a semi private path just steps from the sand.  

This house is an entertainer’s dream! Perfect for large families or groups with multi-level panoramic views of the ocean, pelicans, dolphins and sunsets over the bay.  It is beautifully furnished for all the comforts of home but with all the luxuries of a coastal getaway. The loft bedroom has a full bathroom, 4 trundle beds and a king bed. This AWESOME space features a huge ROKU Tv, PlayStation 4 for games or movies, a ping pong table and even a balcony overlooking the downstairs and ocean views. It is a paradise all its own for kids of all ages.

 Underneath the house guests will not only find plenty of covered parking and an outdoor shower for convenience, but also a huge entertainment area complete with bar and counter space, charcoal grill, bar stools, picnic tables and unobstructed views of the ocean.
