  • What time is check in?

    Check in is at 4 pm.

  • What time is check out?

    Check out is 10 am.

  • Are linens provided?

    Yes, all linens are provided and on the beds.

  • Are towels provided?

    Bath and kitchen towels for indoor use are provided, no beach towels.

  • What kind of coffee maker do you have?

    A regular drip and Keurig are provided. Bring your own coffee, tea, filters and sweeteners and creamers.

  • Do you have a grill available?

    Yes, all properties are equipped with a charcoal grill, bring your own charcoal, lighter fluid or chimney.

  • Is there a grocery store near me?

    Yes, there is a grocery store in Crystal Beach called the Big Store.

  • Are basic cooking items provided?

    Some properties have the basics like seasonings and oil. Please bring what you need.

  • What is the address and phone number of my beach house?

    Specific information on your house will go out 14 days before check in via email.

  • How do I make a reservation?

    You can either make a booking directly on this website or you can call our office at 972-441-5606 and a reservation manager will be glad to help you.

  • What is keyless entry?

    Keyless entry allows you to open and lock your vacation home by entering a numeric code. Your keyless entry code will be sent to you a week prior to your vacation in your pre-arrival email. Keyless entry codes are activated at check-in time and expire at 10:00AM on your departure day.

  • Do I need to clean before check out?

    Yes, we ask for your assistance in a few areas: 1. Remove all trash 2. Start the dishwasher before you leave 3. Place all used towels in the shower 4. Leave used beds unmade 5. Patio and BBQ must be left clean 6. Empty and discard used food items in the refrigerator, you are welcome to leave unused items in the fridge.

  • How do I use the Roku or smart TV?

    You can login with your own accounts or use the preloaded apps to watch your favorite shows or movies.

  • Is Wifi provided?

    Yes, the internet provider is continually upgrading service but outages may occur due to weather or other issues.

  • What do I do if we have internet issues?

    Please notify us if you have trouble connecting, please be advised we will not be offering refunds for internet outages.

  • Can I bring my pet?

    Pet fees are $50 per pet per stay. The following rules must be followed: 1) No dogs on any furniture or bedding. 2) Please do your best to remove all pet hair to avoid additional cleaning time/charges. 3) All waste must be picked up and placed in the garbage cans tied securely in trash bags. 4) No dogs in the bath tub. Hose and outside shower are available. 5) Dogs should not be left unattended in house unless crated. 6) Any cleaning that must be done will be charged to renter at rate of $50 an hour.

  • Do you offer a military discount?

    We would be happy to offer you a 5% discount with a valid military ID.

  • Can I have a bonfire on the beach?

    Yes, bonfires are allowed on the beach. Please extinguish properly with water.

  • Can I leave my beach items overnight on the beach?

    We would advise to take all items back to the house and not to leave anything on the beach overnight.

  • What should I do if I leave an item behind at the house?

    Please contact us, we will try to locate the item and mail it back to you for a small service fee and postage.

  • Can you drive on the beach?

    Yes, driving is allowed on this beach.

  • Is parking at the beach free?

    No, parking sticker is required, it can be purchased at the local gas stations or the Big Store.

  • Does my rental home come with beach equipment?

    We do not provide beach items. There is a company in town that will provide beach items for a service fee.

  • Do I need a fishing license to fish on a pier or charter boat?

    Yes, you do. Please check with Texas Wildlife for regulations.

  • What's up with these bugs?

    Texas is home to a bunch of flying and crawling critters. Eliminating exterior lighting at night will help minimize their presence. You'll usually find bugs around the exterior of homes but they sometimes appear inside the home as well. These bugs do not signify unclean or unsanitary conditions. All our properties are on a regular fumigation cycle. You may want to include insect repellent on your list of items to bring.

  • Are there first aid kits or medicine available?

    This is house specific, please ask us.

  • Are candles allowed in the house?

    Yes, as long as they are in safe containers.

  • When is garbage collected/where do I put garbage?

    Depending on your location, you have trash cans or dumpsters available at your house or at the end of the driveway. Trash pick up is Monday and Thursday.

  • What if I find damage or have a problem on arrival?

    Please call us at 972-441-5606 so we can assist you.

  • Do you supply cribs, high chairs or other baby items?

    Please contact us about these needs a few days prior to your arrival, so we can arrange to have a pack and play and a high chair ready for you at the house.
