THE SPACE
Surfview Cabana features 3 comfortable bedrooms, 9 beds, and thoughtfully designed sleeping arrangements for up to 14 guests.
The primary suite includes a king bed with a memory foam mattress, large walk-in closet, ceiling fan, private bathroom, privacy shades, and room-darkening curtains.
The first guest bedroom is perfect for kids and groups, featuring two twin-over-full bunk beds that sleep up to 6 guests, memory foam mattresses, room-darkening curtains, and an Arcade1Up game machine.
The second guest bedroom includes a queen bed plus a custom twin-over-twin bunk bed, accommodating up to 4 guests with memory foam mattresses throughout. A pull-out sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.
The open-concept kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances and plenty of room for preparing family meals. The spacious living area features comfortable seating and a 65-inch 4K Smart TV, while additional Smart TVs can be found in the primary bedroom and downstairs tiki bar.
Guests also enjoy free Wi-Fi, a Nest thermostat, full-size washer and dryer, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, and linens and basic starter supplies provided for your stay.
GETTING AROUND
One of the best features of Surfview Cabana is its outdoor living space. Head upstairs to the spacious balcony, where two bar-height tables and seating for 12 make it easy to enjoy meals, drinks, and Gulf breezes with a view.
Downstairs, the custom tiki bar creates your own private coastal hangout. The space includes a 9-foot built-in picnic table, two built-in pub tables, multiple barstools, an 8-by-8-foot tiki bar, and a 50-inch Smart TV.
After a day at the beach, relax in the SaluSpa Laguna AirJet hot tub, rinse off in the fully enclosed outdoor shower, or enjoy the convenience of the downstairs private toilet. A charcoal grill is also available for cookouts; guests should bring their own charcoal.
Surfview Cabana is located in Emerald Beach One, one of the area's most desirable neighborhoods, with security patrol during peak periods. The home is approximately a 4-minute walk or 2-minute golf cart ride from the beach, making it an excellent choice among Bolivar Beach House Rentals.
A fully paved driveway and covered parking beneath the home provide plenty of room for vehicles and make bringing your ATV or UTV easy. Please note that a golf cart is not provided with the home.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE & BOOKING
Surfview Cabana uses a septic system. Only toilet paper may be flushed. Guests may be responsible for damages caused by improper use of the septic system.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.
This property does not allow pets.
